Integrative cancer biology

We develop technologies for doctors to make better decisions faster

300 years ago a new quantitative technology was introduced in medicine: the thermometer. Many doctors were afraid that Daniel Fahrenheit’s innovation would replace them with numerical values. Instead, over time, doctors who used the thermometer replaced doctors who did not. Today, medicine is again undergoing a revolution to use the key quantitative technologies of today: predictive modelling by machine learning and artificial intelligence.

My group and I are creating novel measurement and prediction systems for integrated cancer biology.
